Can you believe that? Burj Al Arab is just behind me! .. Dubai is really an unbelievable city. It's modern, clean, and you smell rich ppl everywhere.. =P
Turkey is a great place to visit too.. Ephesus- one of the world's finest archaeological sites, where we visited the Temple of Artemis, the splendid facade of the Library of Celsus and the magnificient Roman Theater which is still in use for concerts today.
We like the bazaar too! Shopping of course. You can get lotsa cool stuff there.
One should not miss Turkey if he loves history or archaeology. It's an open museum. =)

I also checked the prices on the Burj Al Arab website. about US$2k for a "value" room. All the way up to... i think US$6-10k? I forget
